Choosing the Perfect Location For the Vegetable Garden

• Most plants require at least 6 hours of sunlight each day. Be sure to pick a location that has adequate sunlight.
• Choose an area where there will be plenty of space for your garden
• Make sure there is a water source nearby; you won’t want to drag miles of hose to your garden
• Avoid areas near driveways, sidewalks, and pet traffic or areas where someone or something could accidentally walk/drive into your garden
• Avoid areas where soil is swampy or very dry. Plants like well-drained soil.
